Here are two copies of API's Aboveground Storage Tank Survey. You will note that some 9,197 tanks are attributed to transportation. These are pipeline tanks, of which almost all are breakout tanks used in pipeline operations. I hope this report is helpful to you. Please give me or Dudley Orr a call if you have any questions.
